Camp Northeast Hikers is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts at the Cherry Blossom Music Festival 2023. Nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Meghalaya, our campsite offers a unique and immersive experience. Furthermore our campsite is at only 10 minutes walking distance from the Festival Venue.

Terms and conditions

- Bookings can be made online or by phone.
- 50% of total accomodation price to be paid while booking of slots.
- Check-in time is from 10.00 AM onwards.Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- Please respect other camper’s peaceful enjoyment.
- Please dispose trash in designated receptacles.
- Advance amount to be paid while booking.
- Refunds for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Please use water and electricity responsibly.
- Northeast Hikers is not responsible for lost/stolen property.
- Well behaved pets are welcomed.
- Close your tents when unattended.
- Report any suspicious activity to campsite staff.
- Do not damage trees or wildlife.
- Any damage done to the campsite property will be paid in full compared to the market price of the damaged item.
- Northeast Hikers Campsite reserves the right to terminate the stay of campers who violate these terms or engage in disruptive behaviour.

Cancellation Policy

- 15 Days before the commencement of the Festival; 25% of the paid amount will be levied.
- Less than 15 Days before the commencement of the Festival; 50% of the paid amount will be levied.
- Less than 05 days before the commencement of the Festival; 100% paid amount will be levied.
- No refund is entitled for ,”NO SHOWS.”
